Background
Mission:
AlertPaws is dedicated to addressing the issue of deceased animals left unattended on roads. The mission is to create a user-centred app that facilitates quick reporting of such incidents, connecting users with animal control centres for immediate assistance, and raising awareness about animal welfare.
Challenge:
The lack of efficient methods for reporting deceased animals on roads often leads to delayed assistance, increased animal suffering, and a negative impact on public safety. For example, studies have shown that unattended animal carcasses can pose health risks to humans and other animals.
Solution:
The Alert Paws app addresses this challenge by providing a user-friendly platform for reporting animal incidents. With features like GPS location tracking, photo uploads, and direct communication with animal control centers, the app streamlines the reporting process and ensures timely intervention.
Results
By implementing the Alert Paws app, we anticipate a significant reduction in the response time for animal-related road incidents. For instance, preliminary data suggests that the app can decrease response times by up to 30%.
Additionally, we aim to increase public awareness of animal welfare issues and encourage responsible behavior on the road.

Mission:
To enhance the user experience and drive customer engagement through a redesigned HydroKleen mobile app interface.
Challenge:
The existing app interface was outdated, difficult to navigate, and failed to effectively showcase HydroKleen's products and services. This resulted in low user satisfaction and limited app usage.

A comprehensive redesign of the HydroKleen app UI was implemented to improve usability, aesthetics, and overall user experience. Key improvements included a streamlined navigation system, visually appealing graphics, and intuitive features.
